”I just wanted to let you know that I paid Kokkeriet a spontaneous visit with my family last night and we were served a masterpiece through and through! You probably know that it is good – I just felt like telling you:
1)    I have never had such tasty dove. Even the foie gras, which I am usually not too fond of, was delicious. And it wasn’t just because of the truffles.
2)    The beetroot in the dessert was a gem – and the combination with cranberries in the ravioli wasn’t just very genuine but also very tasty.
3)    I had an ingredient that I never had before: Chinese artichoke.

And hence my three criteria for a perfect meal are fulfilled. As there was even an “event” (the smoke on the herring), it was all just amazing”.

”I have to tell you, that we are thoroughly happy with your arrangement at ours this Friday! The chef and the food were absolutely fantastic. Please pay him our highest praise – you all deserve it. I am still amazed that such brilliant food could be created in our kitchen - I am embarrassed to admit that I didn’t get the name of the chef, but I am very impressed with him and his way to make everything work. The entire course from the initial contacts to you until the actual dinner this Friday has been a pleasure.
