How does it work
A Cooking Class generally starts at 16.00, but it is also an option to start at 11.00 – or at completely different hours of your choice.
Upon arrival you will be served a glass of champagne and the participants are introduced to the concept.
At 16.15 we start off with part one, the wine tasting, where we taste some great wines and focus on tasting techniques and basic wine theory.
At 17.15 we head into the kitchen, where the participants are divided into teams. The teams can with advantage be set in advance based on who will benefit most from working together. In the kitchen you prepare a 5 course dinner from scratch: 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 dessert and sweets for the coffee.
At 19.30 you are seated and the dinner starts. Our staff takes over and serves the 5 courses, the matching wine and coffee after the dessert.
At 22.30 we are done with the official part of the evening, but you are of course more than welcome to stay and enjoy the evening.
