Everyday cooking

DKK 1200 ex moms (VAT of 25%), minimum 15 participants.

 

Everyday cooking takes its point of departure in regular ingredients and supermarket wines and gives the daily meal a load of inspiration. A menu could be:

 

Foaming Jerusalem artichoke with croutons & cress
Baked cod with leeks a la crème & crisp roots
Saltimbocca with portobello & potato fondant
Vanilla panna cotta with gel of apple juice
Apple Mazarin with cinnamon and whipped cream

 

Gourmet cooking

DKK 1400 ex moms (VAT of 25%), minimum 10 participants.

 

The evening that will make a gourmet of the guests in both food and wine as you will begin the evening with a wine tasting and lecture. The courses and matching wines are taken from the menu in the restaurant and the wines are accordingly chosen from our wine list. A gourmet menu could be:

 

King crab with apples, chestnuts & celery
Trout with Jerusalem artichoke, walnuts & woodsorrel
Beef with potato pure, burned leeks, marrow & truffle
Veal sweetbread with mushrooms, pickled pumpkin & oil
Banana cake & caramel “brulee” with icecream and crunch


Gourmet cooking without wine tasting
DKK 1200 ex moms (VAT of 25%), 10-20 participants

 

Starts 1 hour later but is basically the same as the regular gourmet cooking, only without the wine tasting and lecture.
