Cooking classes for privates

If you have ever found yourself at a gourmet restaurant enjoying courses that made you think ”how did they do that”, we might be able to give you the answer at our Cooking Class.

As student for a night, you and your “fellow students” are invited into the kitchen with our chefs and prepare the menu matching what we serve in the restaurant. You cook, braise, flambé, poch and whip until you have created 5 courses, which you get to enjoy later on with a matching wine menu.

During the evening our staff will show you how craftmanship, good ingredients and logistics reconciles to deliver a sublime experience for our guests every night. And there is obviously time for a good glass of wine as we go along.

We start at 17.00 and at 19.00 you are seated and then we take over so that you can enjoy your creations in a laid-back feeling. The evening ends with coffee, avec and petit four and at 22.30 the official part of the cooking class is over – but you are of course more than welcome to stay and enjoy the evening.

Our private Cooking Classes are suitable thegirls, the couples, the gourmet or the small company who wants to experience a Michelin star restaurant in action.
