The Copenhagen CookingClass An outstanding evening Joy and Quality Fellow-feeling One of the few things that tie all people together is the elementary joy of a good meal and a great glass of wine. That is the basic philosophy of the Copenhagen CookingClass - where ordinary people get together to create a sumptuous repast. The idea is that working together in a kitchen promote - along with wine tasting - a fruitful fellow-feeling. This happens among friends who need a gathering experience, among colleagues who have worked hard over a period, and through events towards customers. It is our experience that culinary kitchen work brings about joy and delightful team spirit. That is why many organisations use the Copenhagen CookingClass in their teambuilding activities. When the meal has been prepared, then the new "chefs" gather around the long table to get wine and food introductions, to taste the wines and to enjoy the food. It is a great satisfaction! The Copenhagen CookingClass is of course English spoken and the only one in Denmark where the event is authentic, i.e. takes place in a restaurant. |
